Gas detector design

Gas Sensor Redesign. 

Currently, the sensor is successfully manufactured and sold. But the design is outdated and needs to be reworked. As a result, a new sensor housing design for mass production should appear. The project includes the following steps.
1. Several outline design options for selecting one 
2. Finalization of the selected design. 
3. Creating a CAD model for a previously prepared design. 
4. 3D printing of the prototype 
5. Transfer of the project for technological development, the creation of the mold and serial production.

An important task was to provide for a hidden exit of wires from the strobe.
Current device
I offered the customer 5 options for appearance, in order to choose one.
The shape was determined by the existing PCB board. The thickness was given by the transformer.

Choosen conception
Start engineering. Creating CAD model.
As a result, it was decided to change the board and reduce the transformer. Because thickness was critical. I would like to see the case more flat. We started looking for a way from the beginning, relying on a new PCB
